Web Accessibility Policy

1. Commitment

TokiStorage ("the Company") is committed to ensuring and improving the accessibility of our website so that all visitors, regardless of age, disability, or browsing environment, can use it comfortably.

2. Target Standard

We aim to conform to Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, published by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium).

We also respect the principles of JIS X 8341-3:2016, the Japanese Industrial Standard for web accessibility, and strive for Level AA conformance.

3. Current Measures

• Semantic HTML structure (proper use of headings, landmarks, lists, and other markup)
• Alternative text (alt attributes) for images
• Sufficient color contrast ratios
• Keyboard navigability
• Responsive design for a wide range of devices
• Bilingual support in Japanese and English (with appropriate lang attributes)
• Labels for form input elements

4. Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas for improvement and are working to address them on an ongoing basis:

• Optimization of keyboard navigation on certain pages
• Providing alternative information for audio content when using screen readers
• Accessibility support for dynamic content (ARIA live regions, etc.)

5. TokiQR Accessibility

TokiQR is a service that encodes audio into QR codes. Due to the nature of audio content, it may be difficult for people with hearing impairments to fully utilize. We also offer a text recording feature, allowing information to be preserved through means other than audio.
